Tessl (funded, $125M at $500M+ valuation) helps you build a software factory, one step at a time. Tessl's plugin registry makes sure your agentic workflows scale across the company: catching insecure or low-quality skills before they ship, enforcing standards across every agent and repo, and turning one engineer's automation into a reusable asset for the whole org, without locking into a single vendor.

Key Responsibilities

  • 01Owned multi-channel DevRel and content distribution across Tessl, AIND, and community platforms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Dev.to, Peerlist, Hacker News, YouTube).
  • 02Drove Reddit GTM and community strategy, covering content repurposing, forum seeding, discussions, and feedback collection.
  • 03Built internal automation tools for content operations, cross-posting, analytics, and GTM workflows.
  • 04Managed end-to-end content operations, from creation and editorial calendars to publishing and stakeholder coordination.
  • 05Maintained Tessl's website and Sanity CMS, contributing bug fixes, features, and PR reviews.
  • 06Managed Tessl and AIND social channels and supported AI Native DevCon marketing across pre, live, and post-event phases.
  • 07Grew the AIND ecosystem (Landscape, CMS, newsletter, podcast) and created original technical content and visuals.

Achievements

Generated 800K+ impressions across 72 repurposed posts in under 60 days, with 1.5K+ reactions, 600+ comments/shares, and ~10K website visits.
Built content automation tools that streamlined GTM workflows, saving 20+ hours of manual work per week.
Built and owned Tessl's Reddit content strategy, creating a repeatable workflow for repurposing content and surfacing community feedback.
Shipped website improvements and new features, plus an RSS feed for Tessl's DevRel content.
Drove marketing and community operations for Tessl, AIND, and AI Native DevCon, supporting sales and organic attendee/speaker growth.
